Overview

One project owner, one schedule, certified parts

Based in Lund, Sweden, Coredeq runs scaled production for hardware companies across Sweden and the Nordics who need consistent quality, predictable lead times, and a single point of accountability across multiple processes and partners.

We coordinate plastic molding, metal forming, mechanical assembly, and final inspection across our audited European and Asian manufacturing partners. You get one project owner, one quote, one schedule, and certified parts that pass audits.

Process

How a program runs

  1. Production planning

We translate your validated design into a scaled production plan: process, partner, schedule, quality plan.

  2. Pre-production sample (PPS)

A first-article batch is produced and inspected against your spec before serial production starts.

  3. Serial production

Batches run on a defined schedule with in-line SPC, in-process inspection, and final dimensional checks.

  4. Logistics and delivery

Customs, freight forwarding, and just-in-time delivery to your warehouse or fulfillment center.

Lead times

Typical lead times

After the production plan is approved. Tooling and PPS lead times sit on top of these for first-time programs.

Injection molded parts
2–4 weeks per batch
Die-cast parts
4–6 weeks per batch
Stamped components
3–5 weeks per batch
Final assembly and pack
1–2 weeks

Country-of-origin is disclosed for every part. Quality plan, inspection reports, and traveler ship with every batch.

FAQ

Common questions

There is no fixed minimum, but volume manufacturing typically makes economic sense above a few thousand units per year. For lower volumes we recommend our rapid prototyping or low-volume bridge production routes.
Every program runs against a documented quality plan with in-line SPC, AQL inspection, and a final FAI. Our partners are audited quarterly. You get inspection reports and a traveler with every batch.
Yes, that is the model. We coordinate plastic, metal, electronics, and assembly across multiple suppliers under a single program manager. You see one schedule and one cost.
We have audited partners in Sweden, Eastern Europe, and Asia. We choose the location based on cost, lead time, IP sensitivity, and compliance requirements, and we are transparent about where every part is made.
Yes. We manage freight forwarding, customs clearance, and just-in-time delivery to your warehouse, contract assembler, or fulfillment provider.
