From bare board to working hardware

Based in Lund, Sweden, Coredeq runs PCB assembly programs from prototype quantities up to volume production. We handle component sourcing, BOM scrubbing, alternates, SMT and through-hole placement, AOI and X-ray inspection, and functional testing, serving hardware teams across the Nordics and Europe.

Every batch ships with a documented traveler, lot-level serialization, and IPC Class II/III sign-off when required. You get electronics that pass audits and ship reliably.

Process

How a program runs

  1. Send your design package

    Gerbers, BOM, pick-and-place, and any test specs. We accept Altium, KiCad, EAGLE, and ODB++.

  2. BOM scrub and quote

    We check availability, flag obsolete or risky parts, and propose alternates. Pricing and lead time come back within 1–2 working days.

  3. Procurement and kitting

    We source components, manage long lead-time risk, and prep kits ready for the line.

  4. Assembly and inspection

    SMT and through-hole placement, AOI and X-ray, plus any agreed functional tests.

  5. Documented shipment

    Lot serialization, traveler, and inspection report ship with every order.

FAQ

Common questions

Both options work. We can fully source from our vetted supplier network, run a consigned model where you supply parts, or split the BOM between the two. We will recommend the lowest-risk approach based on availability.
Yes. Our SMT lines handle 0201 passives, fine-pitch BGAs, QFNs, and 0.4 mm pitch packages. X-ray inspection is included for BGA and bottom-terminated components.
AOI on every panel as standard. X-ray inspection for BGA and hidden joints. Functional testing is available with customer-provided test specs or test jigs we build for you.
Yes. Our operators are IPC Class II/III certified and we follow IPC-A-610 acceptance criteria. Class III sign-off is available on request, with the appropriate documentation package.
Yes. Box build, cable assemblies, mechanical fitting, label application, and functional test in the final enclosure are all part of what we offer.
